Short term doesn’t necessarily mean 1 – 2 nights. We regularly rent to corporate guests and contractors who require accommodation anywhere from 1 week up to 3 months at a time.
The Renters Reform Act will abolish fixed term tenancies. All tenancies will be ‘rolling’ and renew on a monthly basis. This means your tenant can hand in their notice at any point, whereas the landlord can no longer issue a no fault Section 21 eviction.

If we already have a reservation for those dates, we will not be able to cancel it, so it’s important you give us plenty of notice.
