Not only do we continue to rent out your property on popular booking sites such as Airbnb, we also have an extensive list of corporate clients. This means more direct bookings, typically for a longer period of time, offering a higher quality of guest and more money in your pocket, all year round.

We offer both management fee or guaranteed rent options, so you can benefit from both higher profits and greater stability.

Our management fee is a flat 20% of revenue. 

Alternatively, we will rent your property from you for up to 100% of the market value, guaranteed for a fixed period.

We manage every aspect, from taking professional photographs, to the marketing and listing management, cleaning and maintaining of you property, and guest management.

You will receive a monthly report detailing your occupancy rate, property performance and your total revenue.

We manage the Internet and Council Tax for your property. If you would also like us to manage your utility bills, we can offer a bills package for a small additional fee. If this is something you’re interested in, please chat to us.

As we visit your property on a regular basis, any maintenance work is picked up quicker. All basic maintenance is covered by us (up to the sum of £100), which includes general upkeep of the property including wear and tear.

Should any structural issues arise or we need to repair/replace any appliances etc, we will contact you with quotes from a 3rd party contractor. If you have a preferred contractor we can contact them direct.

We offer complimentary design consultations on every property we sign up. This includes decor and furniture. It is up to the landlord to supply their own furniture, although we’re happy to source this on their behalf. You should be able to claim Capital Allowance for this, we can discuss this further with you.

We are currently in the process of organising furniture packages which will suit all price points. Until this is available, we can only sign up furnished properties.

Yes! We will rent your property from you, essentially becoming your hassle free tenants. We will pay up to 100% of market value in rent, which is guaranteed every month, meaning there are no void periods, just 100% reliability.

We have an extensive list of corporate clients who want more than a hotel room when working in the area. This often means direct bookings, typically for a longer period of time and with a higher quality guest.

As well as this, often guests include those who have sold their property and need somewhere short term to live. Or perhaps they are doing major works at their home and therefore is inhabitable for a while.

Finally, we have guests who are visiting for leisure purposes, visiting family in the area or simply holidaying.

We will continue to list your property on Airbnb and other popular booking platforms, so your ‘type’ of guest might not differ too much to what you are used to.

Yes you can, if you’re on our management package.

This is very popular with our property owners who live abroad and would like to return to their property when visiting the country. Just let us know the dates and we will block out the calendar for you. If we already have a reservation for those dates, we will not be able to cancel it, so it’s important you give us plenty of notice.

Unfortunately this is not possible for guaranteed rent properties.

Our team can get your property earning within 7 days of you becoming a client. We will send over your earnings on the same day every month, along with your monthly report.
